WHY SPEND TIME WITH AWARDS
WHEN WE HAVE A WAR TO WIN FIRST?

This is a question we contemplated at great length before launching our awards program. The answer is simple. Even at the height of battle – or perhaps I should say especially at the height of battle – warriors appreciate acknowledgment for their commitment and courage. It is true that we have a long way to go before we can bask in the glory of victory over collectivism, but in the meantime, it is important for morale to do whatever possible to put a smile on the faces of our compatriots. Human nature must not be ignored in any long-term struggle against great odds. Our members do not require recognition for their efforts; but, nevertheless, it is good for the soul.

That is my answer to the question. Here is how our members answer:

I just wanted to send a note of thanks for my beautiful Libartatem! It is a precious reminder of the values I hold most dear. I am very grateful and honored to be a member of Freedom Force and pledge my best in the New Year. The Creed of Freedom is framed and mounted by our front door as a continuous reminder of our honor and priviledge to serve this great cause.
